Shop suspended while trying to update tax information

I just tried to update my tax info as requested by Etsy. I've tried to update my info with my EIN number that I have for my sole proprietorship -- as well as uploaded my EIN documentation and my driver's license. I keep getting an error message from Etsy, so I tried entering my SS# and saw that Etsy had my first and last name as my shop name.  I corrected this and now Etsy says it needs to verify my identity -- even though they have both my personal and shop names.  MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED just by trying to update my tax ID info.  And because I corrected Etsy's error of putting my shop name as my personal name.  

Though I've put in a request with Etsy customer service, I have no idea when they will reply -- and I have an order I'm trying to get out (which Etsy won't let me buy a shipping label due to this issue). 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this in a timely manner?

Lots of problems on Etsy today.

If major changes are made then you need to be reverified.  Verification is outsourced and I believe it can take up to 21 days so Etsy cannot hurry it along. 

Your shop does not look suspended but it looks like Etsy may have deactivated all your listings while they verify you (this is a recent thing they do).  Once verification is complete all your listings will reactivate.

It’s a nightmare when Etsy does this and has real consequences for seller’s livelihoods. I hope you get through to someone to speed it up.
