Hi. I am feeling really defeated trying to get my shop back open. I added my ss number 9 days ago to update tax info and for some reason there has been a technical error they have told me. I keep getting transferred to the financial department that tells me all of my tax information is correct and verified, and it is a technical issue. My shop manager says to update tax info, but they assured me mine is correct and NOT to update it because it could put me further back in line. So they have already escalated it to the technical department 3 times. They say they have no way of reaching technical department by phone and can not offer any timeline of resolution. Nothing seems to be progressing and I don't know what else to do. Anyone have any advice or had this happen to their shop? Any ideas much appreciated! Thanks

@roguewavepr I'm really sorry, Jen. This is exactly one of the reasons why Etsy should have easy access 24/7 to knowledgeable Support personnel. Anything having to do with financials, which I see so many Sellers having trouble with. Many keep getting ping ponged back and forth with nothing resolved. Here is a Thread with Sellers having the same difficulty (or similar) to what you are having. *Please correct me if wrong. In this Thread, some were told there was an ongoing investigation into an issue which engineers have been aware of.

Thanks for the link, it looks like this thread is mostly of shops with red banner alert, but not suspension. Going to look through it some more. Thanks for taking the time to try to help. I really appreciate it!
