Shop stuck on vacation mode

Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone that will help take my shop off of vacation mode? I’ve sent the required documents they needed and my taxpayer information says verified. I have customers wanting to order 🥺 I haven’t received any response at all from my emails that I’ve sent asking for help.

I noticed that you have 3 reviews and they are all from the same person and are definitely over the top.

Etsy may have found that suspicious and against the rules.

Those reviews were just posted yesterday.I’ve been on vacation mode for 3 days. I also have 13 orders and all have shipped on time. I’m a new seller, I’ve only been on about 10 days. I think it would’ve made more sense if they asked for documents needed before letting me sell.

my Etsy shop been on vacation mode for a day I have only got one order and I have shipped it so I don't know what to do and people are saying they gonna order from my business but they can't. can anyone help me .

This thread is almost a year old so answers are unlikely.  You need to start your own thread.

Check your email including spam to see if Etsy gave you a reason, if not you will have to contact them.

The only email I received was to upload my business. Inner and GST number. I’ve done that and uploadedmy business license. Still nothing.

We’re you able to get your shop off of vacation mode I’ve been trying to get into contact with Etsy but no response because it’s now happening to me and I have people wanting to make orders

As a new shop with their first order or two, the reason may be that Etsy is requesting your financial info or ID.   Check your email, including the spam folder, for a message from Etsy.

@KetoCookies: Every eMail from Etsy support will have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

@BagmakerSupply  This OP is from March and going by the shop announcement on the OP's shop and because the seller's profile page is an uh oh, it looks like Etsy has made their decision.   The seller above your post bumped this older thread.
