Shop shows no active listings

When I open my Etsy shop, it comes up and says I have no active listings and it's been doing this for a few months now. Also, just within the last week or so, I can't click on 'Listings' to show my listings. I have to click on 'Expired' listings or 'Sold' listings and then go back to 'Active' listings to get my listings to show. Does anyone have any suggestions as why this is happening and how to correct it? Very frustrating.

I see 4 pages of listings that total 112 items.

No, I'm not using an app. My items show up when I open my Etsy shop on my phone, but not on my desktop.

@GigisSewAndSoShop i recommend trying a different browser: firefox, chrome, edge... or clearing the cache of the browser you are using... or making sure your operating system &/or broswser is updated.

Try contacting Etsy for help.

Try organizing them into shop sections, it would help buyers regardless even if you can't see your listings, buyers can.

I also see a round item but the title says square....so maybe check on that one and good luck.

I see all your listings.  I don't see any sections.  Maybe title them Table Runners, Bowl Holders, Craft Supplies, Pot Holders, etc.  Also, as suggested above are you using the Etsy app.  Sometimes the app doesn't show everything that a computer does.
