I renamed my shop last night, giving it a revamp.
I can use the shop manager with no problems, I can create listings and publish them, I even have one fully active listing that people can see! But when you click on my store itself, it says ‘uh oh!’ in browser or ‘store closed!’ on the app.
I’ve cleared cache, tried several browsers, closed my browser down and hard refreshed it - no change!
It definitely isn’t closed. Any ideas? Thank you!
Your shop looks fine to me. I was able to add your item to my cart. I don't use the app because it's not good. so wasn't able to test on that.
Ah so that’s in your browser? And you can get to the main shop itself, with the banner at the top? I can only access it through the seller’s app!
I'm on desktop, and I'm getting a blank "Oops a stitch has gone awry..." page, like there's no shop.

On the app I see your shop open with one item for sale.
I enjoy the app because it allows me to do things you can’t do on a desktop. The app was better before they switched it to the new app but I wouldn’t want to operate my store without it.
It seems to work on the seller app for me, but not the buying app. Are you able to see my shop’s main page? With the banner at the top etc.
I can see shop with two listings on Buyer app and Seller app.
Your shop opens fine for me. I see one item and was able to click on it and go to the listing. (windows 10, works in both chrome and firefox)

@filledwithfiction Yes, I can see the main page as well as the listing page. Both are loading normally for me.
Ah that’s good news! It seems to be half can see it and half can’t. Hopefully it resolves for everyone, because customer service hasn’t responded. Thank you!

I clicked through from your forum profile to your shop and got the 'Uh Oh!' page. I'm using Chrome (desktop version) on an Amazon tablet.
Etsy support can be slow to respond but unfortunately you will just have to wait for them to get back to you.
ETA: I'm in the UK if that means anything.
That’s what I get on chrome desktop and iOS safari too! In the seller app it all works fine, in the buyer app it says ‘shop closed’. So very strange!

It's strange that the 3 sellers who can see your shop are located in the US and the 3 sellers who can't are located in the UK. I am also in the US and can see your shop and listing.
Oh!! I hadn’t thought of that, thank you for bringing that to my attention. I’m based in the UK and can’t see it either, as are others I’ve had check it. What a weird occurrence! I have no clue how that gets resolved.

I'm in Belgium, and I also see your shop as normal, open, one listing, both on the buyer app and on Mac desktop (Firefox browser).
