Shop sales dont match actuals

Wondering if anyone can help, we probably wouldn't notice it our shop wasn't a newbie but our totals sales that is displayed on our shop is 37 but we have only had 35 come though. Non have been cancelled just hoping this is a glitch and the extra 2 orders are not sitting somewhere. 

Has anyone else had this problem?

@UrbanLoungeCreations: Just as an aside, you should include in the listings the licensing you have to use the various trademarked and copyrighted names and images otherwise a buyer (and Etsy) could consider the items you are selling as counterfeits.
