Same thing happened to me.
I tried to change to a business as I have a company and GST number.
It did not accept my answers. I had an Agent call me and tell me he increased the retries and sure enough my shop is in vacation mode.
This really really is unfair as I have been running a successful shop and now I can't get any orders in the most busy time of the year for me on no fault of my own.
Chat sessions and emails fall on deaf ears
Did you get a reply email back? If so take the email and reply back to it that you still have the issue. Reiterate what you need.
Sending more than one email makes for an issue. When Etsy receives no reply they think the problem is solved.
Chat cannot help for something like this. They have to refer the issue.
Maybe another Canadian will come along who solved their problem of this.
(I noticed the items. Do you have licenses for using the trademarked names of iconic figures?)

I did not even get an email . I created a ticket and that can take ober a week to even reply.. I think I am done for.. all that work
