Shop not displayed on etsy

My shop is active and sales are on and I can't find any of my listings on Etsy!! What the heck is going on??

Your shop is indexed (I checked). Try using one of your exact titles to see where they are. They might just be buried in search, particularly if you are using an overly broad search term

I tried using your exact complete title for the Dragon WHIMSICAL art ,Handmade painted Rock and it came up in first place, so you are in the search.

What keywords are you using to do your search? There are a lot of hand painted rocks on Etsy. I would suggest refining your title and tags to get more keywords in there (and remove the repetitions - you only need to use a word once).  Try brain storming all the words you can think of to describe it. e.g. cute baby dragon, rainbow, gift for friend, plant pot decoration, painted pebble, stone, cobble. I dunno, just get it all on paper and then pick the best ones. Then vary them across similar listings and see what gets the most views.

@KelciesCrafts2021: Keep in mind that if everyone on this forum searched for the exact same phrase they would all get different results. Because of "personalized searches" you can NOT rely on anyone's search results to define how your listing is displayed. The old way of estimating ranking by searching for your item is dead. Even exact title searches no longer guarantee first page placement. Your listing may be appearing on page 251 but Etsy is only showing the world the first 250 pages.

I’m having the same problem.  I’ve been told no one can find my Etsy account.

Your shop is indexed (I checked). What do you mean no one can find your account? Are you sharing it to social media? Make sure you are using the proper URL and/or are explaining that it is all smushed together when searching.

Also, you can put "Vein Mountain" in your tags and it will bring up all your items.
