Shop announcement won't update

Hi again! I've had a persisting bug where my shop announcement (and shop FAQ's) won't update. When I press to edit them, it will show the updated text. However after pressing save, the text doesn't change - ie. it reverts back to the old text I'd like to remove/update.

Has anyone had any luck with tackling this issue? I've tried both from the Sell on Etsy App and from Web, the problem persists and has been an issue for me for many months. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I just updated my announcement this afternoon with no issues. So, my question is, are you on your phone even when using the website? If so, maybe try a laptop/PC - not sure if that will help but it's the only thing I can think of.

Hi thanks for answering. No I've tried separately from Web on PC and from the Sell on Etsy app on mobile. No luck with either method. I tried again this morning, problem persists...

@LittleTeapotArt Hi, mine is working too. Used chromebook and am in the UK ...... that sounds annoying.
