Shop Showing As Closed

"I recently completed ID verification, which led to my account being placed in holiday mode and then closed. After verifying my details and submitting an appeal, I received confirmation that my ID was verified and that I could resume selling. However, my shop remains closed, and my support tickets have been pending for over a week without resolution. Is this delay typical, and is there any direct way to reach someone at Etsy for support? Given their motto, 'Keep Commerce Human,' the responses I’ve received feel fully automated.

I had to do a quick search, the account you're posting from is not the account tied to your shop located here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/BuryPrints

The account attached to that shop is Roxanne. 

Are you sending messages from the correct account?

Are you opening multiple support tickets? or responding to the same one?

The shop is disconnected from the 'Roxanne' account this is the current issue, as the shop is currently closed. We are sending tickets from the correct account, this functionality is still available on the shop.

The last ticket was raised seven days ago after I received the good news that the appeal was successful and that I could continue selling.
