Shop Sections

My shop sections on my home page do not match the sections I have set up.  They are all messed up.  When I go to manage sections on my PC I get an error message that says try again.  The only thing I have been able to do is delete a section that I have set up.  I have over 400 items in my shop which means a lot of extra work to reset my sections and see if they come out right.  I have checked shops I follow and their sections seem to be right like originally set up.  

Also, I have noticed that my sections used to show up on the Etsy Seller App on my phone, now they are nowhere to be found on the phone. 

I just wondered if anyone else is having this problem.

Can you elaborate a bit by what is "all messed up" about them?

What exactly are you seeing? They all look ok to me other than not knowing what would be in a section called Kind. Is this what they are supposed to look like?

When I look on my pc I see the following sections and item counts in your shop

Edit to add- I did click around a bit and it does look like some of the items in some of the sections don't really match with the section name. Is that what you mean by messed up? Example- Silver items- none of the things in that section are silver items.

It is too much to explain.  I have worked on getting them back like they are suppose to be but haven't had time to fix all of them.  All my listings are in English and have been since I opened my store but because Etsy thinks I am German, a mistake made because of an over sensitive button on my computer, they after years changed the wording of my sections and none of the items are in correct sections.  Long story short they have told me to rewrite all my titles, descriptions and tags.  At the time I had over 450 listings.  I don't have time to rewrite all the listings in English when they are already in English.  They changed something in an update that messed everything up and they say they can't just go in and change me from German to English unless I rewrite everything.  I am just deleting many of my listings .

Yes that is the problem.  That wasn't the case until a few months ago.  I have spent hours removing items that are in wrong sections.  I have been told by Etsy that I must rewrite all my titles, descriptions and tags into to English (which they already are.)  I have just been deleting a bunch of items because the process is too long.

Sorry, I don't know how to help but I can see from using desktop site that some sections look fine, some look messed up. The ones that are obviously messed up to me (not much knowing antiques) are:

Silver Items

Farmhousee Tool-decor

Vintage Postcards

China

Your sections appear to be correct.  The book section has only books, the sewing notions has only sewing items, toys only toys, etc.

Don't know why Support is telling you to rewrite everything.  But regarding the German problem, have you checked Your Account > Account Settings > Location?   Check the very bottom of any Etsy page to see if the Region/Language/Currency is correct or was changed to Germany.

Thank you.  The sections appear correct now because I removed all the items listed in the wrong sections after I noticed the change.  I will check the area you are talking about, but their email stated I had to rewrite everything in English before they could change my region to the United States.  Like I said this just appeared a few months ago.
