Shop Manger showing Notications when none are there

My Shop manager is showing 3 Notifications but when I click into the Shop Manager there are none present.

I have checked all areas such as Messages, Finances, etc..

Is this a Glitch and can I clear the notifications out.

I had this happen also but resolved in about a day.

Yes I've also had this and I thought I was missing something. It has been saying that I have one notification for about a week now so maybe there is a glitch.

We had it happen too. It was a technical issue and took about 4-5 days to resolve. It is obvious they changed the algorithms or some major tech change because most sites on here are complaining about a major drop off in sales. They are a public company with shareholders so hopefully, they undo what they did or sellers will go elsewhere.
