Shop Manager tab missing on one of our shops

I was unable to find how to request aid with this problem.  Our shop RaymonTroup is missing the Shop Manager tab, so that we can't access that shop.  Thanks for your attention.

Are you having this problem using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).

Firefox.  Someone has already swooped in and put the tab back.  Thanx for your interest in helping though--you can always count on fellow Etsians.

Possibly a javascript update that just had not yet propagated everywhere.

My Shop Manager Tab is missing, I am new to Etsy and using the app, I have had no luck with help centre, yes I have updated the app etc. Not sure what to do now.

The Seller app with the blue icon should open to shop manager.

If you have an orange icon, it's the Buyer app.
