Hopefully someone has had this problem before and knows the fix, fingers crossed. My Shop Manager Menu on the left side of my page is not closing. Usually, after you click on something like “listings” or “orders” the menu disappears. But now my menu stays open no matter what I click on blocking part of a page. I have tried clearing the cache, cookies, signing off and back in, closing the window. Shutting down the IPad and restarting and using another browser. There are no issues with any other websites I open other than Etsy. I tried going to the Help Desk about this but well……no help.
I have 2 Apple mini 5s. Version 16.5 has no etsy issues like described. Version 18.3.1 has the issues being described. I didnt have these issues with 18.3.1 until I did an Apple update a few days ago. I suggest we find out which IOS versions people have who are experiencing the described problem. I don't use the etsy app. Both my minis are set to not do automatic uodates but I felt I had a privacy issue with the 18.3.1 version so that's why I did the update.

Ditto to all the above. I did have a conversation with Etsy help and was asked to submit a screenshot but they couldn’t fix it. Later I got an email suggesting clearing cache, cookies etc. but basically they just turned the problem back onto my shoulders. I did try the Etsy sellers app but it’s just not the same as the Dashboard.
Using a fairly new iPad and Chrome but problem still there today

I have the same problem on my android tablet for over a week now. But i think ive fixed it !!!
Look for your 3 black dots in the top righy corner..click on it. Scroll down to " Desktop site " . Click on it - it should show a blue tick.
Its reduced my screen so i can see all my orders now ..i can bulk print etc...

@BushBooBabyandKids OMG that worked! Now the question is, how did technical services not figure that out? And also, I did nothing to my tablet to cause it to drop out of desktop view,likely neither did anyone else

I started having this issue yesterday on my Android so I guess it's no longer an Apple issue. Every time I try to see my tracking info on my order it pops up and blocks my screen.

Im having the same problem! I spoke with customer service rep about this issue and it seems like they're aware but the rep i spoke to still put in a ticket about this issue just in case. I'm using a Samsung Z fold6. For now the solution is to go to chrome/any browser on mobile and use their desktop site version.

I'm using the app on Samsung galaxy s21 and having the same issue. I cannot see my tracking for purchases or anything cause the menu overlaps and won't go away
