Shop Dashboard Incorrectly Displays 1 Overdue Order

For the last 14 days now, my shop has falsely displayed a "1 order overdue" error on my dashboard. When I click on the notification, it displays, "No orders here right now". I have never shipped an order late.

After incredibly sparse back and forth, I was able to learn, this was due to "an issue with Klarna" payments. They gave me an order # that is not an order #. It has "#@%&" and other symbols in it. Not once have they acknowledged that this is not a valid order number, or explained any further.

US-Based Software Engineers told me to "not worry about shipping the order" if I haven't while also saying the funds aren't available. They would be the people to tell me what order this was associated with and if I shipped an order I did not get paid for. I find it incredibly concerning they have continued to relay an "order #" that is not numbers, but symbols, and fail to address the actual issue on my dashboard.

As soon as this issue popped up, my store has experienced a 75% decline in overall stats, most importantly my revenue. My "star seller" ratings don't appear to be effected, BUT, my store's performance is behaving as if it has.

Does anyone have any insight into this issue?

Re: Shop Dashboard Incorrectly Displays 1 Overdue Order

**** NOTE ****

This seems to have begun right when they prompted me to change weekends to production days. I have confirmed almost daily now, that I did correctly OPT OUT of this, and am keeping my production days to Monday - Friday.

This help support was initiated 10 days ago, responses seem to come about 5 days apart, addressing a totally different issue, always a different representative. "Technical issues that effect the marketplace are prioritized" has been stressed multiple times however.
