Icon for "File Insurance Claim" not available.  Anyone else having issues?

I've only had that happen when I canceled and refunded the customer before filing the claim. The customer sent pictures of the damage and box so I felt she deserved a refund right away, but I should have filed the claim first. Learned the hard way.

I am having this problem!!!!  When I click on "file a claim" it takes me to the help page on Etsy and Shipsurance claims I did not insure it with them.  Etsy confirms I paid for insurance, but Shipsurance says I did not. I am frustrated out of my mind!!!!!!!
