Etsy shipping stats error
I checked my stats due to missing the star seller badge. Seemed off, looked further.
When looked at the shipping stats CSV file, one of my orders under the "has processing time" column and the field is marked "No". What does no processing time mean? why do all of my other orders have it marked as Yes. but for some reason this one is flagged with a No.
When you look at the ship by column, you see "--" instead of a date, and because of this, my ship on time percentage dropped below the requirement for the star seller badge.
How do I make sure this does not happen again?
@EBMiniatures: This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.
@EBMiniatures The error seems to be fixed!!! I have my Star Seller badge back since one hour and I see yours is also back!
