ShippingStats.csv shows an order with column has processing time = No, why is that ?

Etsy shipping stats error 

I checked my stats due to missing the star seller badge. Seemed off, looked further.

When looked at the shipping stats CSV file, one of my orders under the "has processing time" column and the field is marked "No". What does no processing time mean? why do all of my other orders have it marked as Yes. but for some reason this one is flagged with a No. 

When you look at the ship by column, you see  "--" instead of a date, and because of this, my ship on time percentage dropped below the requirement for the star seller badge. 

How do I make sure this does not happen again?

@EBMiniatures: This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...

Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.

A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.

Yes, I have the same experience at the moment. According to the 'On time shipping & Tracking' stats in the CVS one order is marked as not shipped on time. Also there seems to be no processing time.
This order was ordered 10 December and I have shipped it (completely tracked and traced) on 11 December. 
My processing time is 1 to 5 days and I have not changed that in a long time, so the order was processed and shipped completely within time.
Now I have gone on my customer service stats on On time shipping & tracking from 100% to 94% and this is not right and has a big impact to my status.
For 3 contiguous years I have achieved the Star Seller Badge and a 100% on all standards (I also HAD this for January) and now I have lost my Star Seller badge unjustly because of this error in the system.
 
Last week I had contact with Etsy Support through the chat about this issue and this is their answer: -Thank you so much for reporting this, it lets us know how widespread the issue is and helps our teams prioritize fixes. At this time, we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this will be resolved. Please keep an eye on your email to get the update on this.-  (Till now I haven't received any emails or updates).

@EBMiniatures  The error seems to be fixed!!! I have my Star Seller badge back since one hour and I see yours is also back!
