Shipping

I am selling from Canada.  On my listings the postage is not correct when a buyer is in Canada.  A customer purchased an item and postage came up at $3.58 when it should be around $19.00.  I contacted Etsy and they advised there is a technical issue.  I contacted the buyer and explained the situation and refunded her money.  And of course I was charge $0.20 to relist the item.  Is anyone else who sells from Canada having this problem?  I am now not getting any response from Etsy as to how and when this technical issue will be settled or given any information on how I should handle any future sales from Canadian buyers

Re: Shipping

Just looking at your listings, I’m in Canada too. Shipping is showing $17-$18 when I visit your shop.

Re: Shipping

Was the buyer close to you?  Canada post is running a sale to postal codes close to you.

@BeenAroundVintage: "And of course I was charge $0.20 to relist the item." Can't help with the miscalculated postage, but if you cancel and fully refund an order, all fees should be refunded to you. Have you checked your payment account to see if there is a credit?
