Shipping

I’m trying to print a shipping label and won’t print…it says label not purchased.  I’ve been printing labels today in my other Etsy shop, but can’t print my first order label in my new shop.

I appreciate any help.

When I run into a glitch like that I just go over to Pirateship and print my labels there.  Etsy won't usually fix anything until it gets so bad they notice it is costing them money.  I do not even try workarounds anymore. And sorry, I don't know a workaround for that one or I would share!

ETA: I did print labels earlier today so it was working then.

Go to your payment account and check to make sure you were not charged for those labels.

Can you confirm that you did purchase it? Check you finance account page. I've never had that happen before.

Yes I did confirm, it was not purchased. I did use Pirate Ship as recommended by ThePurplePuppy, and it was fast and the price was the same as Etsy’s price.
