My shipping credential went from 100-96% because Etsy claims I'm missing a tracking number.
That's not the case, so how does a shop inquire with Etsy and resolve the issue.
Etsy help is a weak link in their support!

You can't. Etsy won't retroactively change star seller stats. Besides 96% is above the required 95% for the metric.
Be aware, you need to have been on etsy for 90 days from the date of your first sale, before etsy will award star seller.

Now it's 91 percent.. think I got it figured out;
(1.) I miss-typed a tracking number on one order.
(2.) Canceled a International sale.
(3.) Etsy "badge" status updates are not real time, on the fly. Guessing it takes 24-48 hours or perhaps end of month.
