I have many packages starting the end of Feb that have tracking and are delivered actually already and still showing in pre-transit. I had a perfect star seller average for the last year and now it is taking a nose dive. Is Etsy not accepting tracking numbers from other carriers. I use pirate ship. Honestly I was having an issue one day with shipping and had to use Etsy labels and are now getting charge adjustments on those. Won't be using them anymore. It's almost impossible to get any help with any situation with Etsy Chat. First time I have been frustrated with Etsy since starting in Nov '21. I mean come on. Is someone looking into this?
There have been many issues with tracking and glitches causing them to be refused or not updating, hopefully they are working on it
I was able to get someone on chat who helped i think. They said they went in manually to fix it and it will take 24 hours to fix itself. We shall see
I use Pirateship- and haven't had any issues!

I've been at 100% on shipping for months. Suddenly today I'm at 99%. Etsy is showing one of orders as having no tracking, even though it clearly has tracking.
Use integrated shipping on Pirateship rather than copying and pasting the tracking #. So far most are fine but I am going to check more of them.

I use the integration. Some of my orders are fine, some are not. I don't think it has anything to do with where the label was purchased.
I read another thread that said that Pirate Ship said to Un-integrate and then Re-integrate and it fixed the issue.
Yes, we did this once and then after a day or so it happened again have to keep doing it but it does work.
I just went and checked a USPS package shipped March 3 says pre transit on Etsy but on the USPS website that package says it was delivered. Come on Etsy, fix this! I will say that when I purchase on Pirateship (for UPS mostly), through integrated shipping --- those seem to have not as much problem. This is annoying at the least, why is it not being addressed by Etsy????

Also, the issue isn't exclusive to PirateShip labels.
