I had an orders that I shipped on time and punched in the tracking numbers. Sadly I selected the incorrect shipping carrier by mistake and this has now been held against me and cannot be changed. The shipment/order has been delivered as I heard back from the buyer, but because I chose the incorrect selection, it shows that it is still in transit.
Having said all this, my Star Seller status shows one order as still in transit and my shipping status has gone from 100% to 91%. This has to be a technical issue.
How to rectify please?

If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. We recommend on editing or re-adding the tracking information. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

orders still in transit do not count against you.
only orders that ship late, missing processing time, or do not have tracking numbers.
did you download the order history? it must be a different order...
these are the criteria for shipping that count against you:
missing processing time
orders shipped late
orders missing tracking info
i still have orders in transit from months ago even though the customers received them... it happens a lot with first class mail and they are not held against me for the star seller badge.
It was shipped on time. It was not late and the tracking number was there but, I punched in the incorrect carrier so it shows UPS instead of USPS. This has caused the tracking information to remain as "in transit" It has been delivered and the customer has already contacted me to thank me.

Try contacting Etsy support, say whoops pls amend w/correct info. I've found they have tried to be helpful in this regard.
