Shipping score inaccurate , please help correct

Hello, 

My shipping score has gone down despite that I have shipped all orders on time and with tracking numbers . 
On the Etsy star seller page, it says that there were no tracking numbers , but when I check the orders, there are all there correctly . On this page , it says that all orders were shipped on time. 
In the actual data ( the excel sheet one), there are 3 orders showing ‘ no’ under ‘ shipped on time ‘. 
Which is inaccurate, as it was shipped on time, and all with tracking. 
I should have 100% shipping score, but it is not. 
I am concerned if this continues,it will be rated incorrectly. 
Please can Etsy tech check my data again, or look into to see if there is some issues with the shipping data, as I am seeing other sellers having the same issue .

This is a seller forum and Etsy rarely reads posts unless someone contacts them about a problem with a post.  You need to contact Etsy directly about this issue.  But expect to wait a long time for them to respond.  And from what I read in these forums, they rarely correct problems with the star seller statistics.  Some problems can be corrected by themselves or when Etsy fixes another problem.  No one here can correct your statistics.

@MaisonMarrakech: There appears to be an increasing lag in the updating of the status of orders. We also have experienced what you have - the orders that yesterday did not show a *Tracking/label date*  date, and *Shipped on time?* was no today have the correct data,  but new orders are incorrect in the CSV file. There is also a lag (or outright failure) of subsequent transit status updates on some orders.

So, should I wait? The one that is incorrect from the 26AUG is still inaccurate though for me.

I will contact Etsy directly.
