Shipping profiles & drafts not showing- stuck in a loop

I'm stuck in a loop of getting nothing posted. When I try to upload an item from my app, it doesn't show my shipping profiles, and when I try to add a new profile as instructed, it wants me to put a price in for shipping, instead of allowing calculated shipping. Okay, so I have to go to my laptop. I'm almost out of this month's mobile data, but okay. I go to the webpage- no drafts. Zero.

Now what do I do?? I spend more time troubleshooting than managing and adding my listings!

Any time you have an issue like this try the [save as draft] tab on very bottom between [preview] & [publish], otherwise it won't save.  
Also, the app is real glitchy.

Have you tried cleaning cookies from app on phone.

You can't use calculated shipping profiles in the app.
