Shipping problems
I missed star seller this month and every order went out on time or early. One says no processing time, which as sent out in the window, so that's just an error and several of them all with ship by dates of 8/31 show no tracking number. All of them were marked complete with tracking info and mailed out on 8/31. If you truly calculate on 9/1, why are all the 8/31 shipments showing like I never closed them or put tracking numbers? If 8/31 to 9/1 isn't enough time for you to review the status, then you can't hold that against your sellers

Star Seller stats are in UTC not your time zone so what is August 31 to you may already be September 1 to Etsy. Plus many times an order is not considered shipped with tracking until after the first package scan is publicly available and picked up by the system.
