My shop is based in Hong Kong. For domestic prices, I either offer a (1) lower price, and/or (2) free shipping. Whereas for global pricing, I either (1) list a higher price with free shipping, or (2) list for domestic price with a special shipping profile with a fixed shipping price attached.
I have had multiple international orders and this pricing system always worked.
I recently had 1 order for 2 items with a shipping address in United States. The item prices and information shown on the receipt is incredibly weird.
(1) Item 1 - charged for domestic price with free shipping, and
(2) Item 2 - charged for fixed price
Below the Item total indicates Shipping price HKD190 (which is the fixed shipping price for Item 2) but was subsequently subtracted with a -(-)HKD190, thus netting a Shipping total of HKD0.00.
I am very confused. Has anyone encountered this issue or understand whats going on?
Note. These 2 items, I have sold multiple times, I have double/triple check the shipping profile and everything checks out.
Please help.
