Good morning,
I have shipped every package, with shipping on time. My score went down from 100% to 92%. I was startled and checked to see what happened. It claims that I didn’t send shipping with one of my recent orders under the star seller option, but when I check my completed orders it shows that the item has been shipped and I double checked the shipping number and it is correct. If I could please have my percentage changed back to 100% please. I’m a brand new store ( been open 2 months) and this 92% is going to keep me from reaching star seller status.
You need to contact Etsy but it probably won't do any good. There is too much emphasis placed on the star seller badge. When they give it to resellers, counterfeiters, etc., I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Hello @HevanliScentCandleCo,
After checking in here, it appears that your On-Time shipping metric is currently at 100%. Please know that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for this score to update.
Thank you very much!
this is just a sellers forum, we are just other sellers here, and can't change anything,
did you enter the shipping number after you marked it as completed?
.... if you have onlt been open 2 months, you don't have enough months for star seller, it has to be at least 3
No, I put the shipping in first and then wait for the usps logo to show up. I have no clue what went wrong on their end. All of my i’s are dotted and my t’s are crossed.

I’ll try contactingEtsy. Do you know if I contact them via email or do they have a contact number?

Wait a day or two -- if everything was entered correctly, it should update. Contacting Etsy only gets them to say that same thing to you.
For some reason, some properly-shipped orders are automatically assigned "no" status for a few days. I don't know when that started, but it's a change from how it worked earlier. I'm doing an experiment to see if there's a difference in how Etsy labels and PirateShip labels are treated.
The only time this is critical is when the incorrect status is showing at the moment Star status is being calculated -- at the very end of the month.
Give it time also is the item in transit? It has to be in transit to count or at least accepted by USPS.
Etsy employees have no ability to adjust your metrics for Star Seller. It is all automatically run by the algorithm and based on math.

"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."
They say to post here, but there is nothing other sellers can do to help you.
The percentage should adjust. If not, you may be lucky enough to have etsy staff see your post here and check it for you. Good thing you're taking star seller seriously. Best of luck with your shop.
I have had numerous occasions when my stats have been incorrect. I was 100% on time and used tracking for my orders, but was rated at 50% even though I completed the orders with tracking numbers.
