I have a shipment that went out on time but counted as late. On the spreadsheet, the order date lists as 10/23 and the tracking/shipped date lists as 10/24. No ship by date is listed. I don't understand what the problem might be.
@PuzzlesFiberFarm: Yes, the missing ship by date is the issue. It appears that orders without a processing time will count against the Star Seller metric. @BagmakerSupply thanks so much. I did have processing time set so I guess it is the same known issue.
Maybe time difference? It was the 23rd where you shipped it but the 24th where whatever time Etsy uses.
Thanks, but now I think the problem might be that the ship by date is blank. I am wondering if that takes from my shipping profile.
