I have a shipment that went out on time but counted as late. On the spreadsheet, the order date lists as 10/23 and the tracking/shipped date lists as 10/24. No ship by date is listed. I don't understand what the problem might be.
@PuzzlesFiberFarm: Yes, the missing ship by date is the issue. It appears that orders without a processing time will count against the Star Seller metric. Maybe time difference? It was the 23rd where you shipped it but the 24th where whatever time Etsy uses.
Thanks, but now I think the problem might be that the ship by date is blank. I am wondering if that takes from my shipping profile.
