Shipping never updated, never got the badge

I qualified for the shipping badge for last month but the order history stopped updating on the 26th, leaving out 5 days. It was the difference that kept me from being a star seller

Yes they do not go to end of month. On orders if it wii not ship annd  arrive until after the end of month, the do not use those, they will count on following month.

We've double-checked that orders you received after March 26, 2023, and we can confirm that they all have a ship-by date of April 2023. We can also confirm that you didn't update the ship-by date when you shipped these orders. As a result, they are counting towards your current review(February - April 2023).
