Shipping labels not working?

I can't print shipping labels today.  Nothing happens when you click on the labels button.

Wonder if it has anything to do with the bank esty uses went under? I am holding off on a few sales until tuesday for shipping. They are supposed to make payment on March 13. We shall see.

I doubt the bank situation has anything to do with shipping labels.

It took me a minute to get the shipping label up, but it was okay.

Printing Etsy labels has been full of glitches for almost a month now? 
Some shops are affected, others are not. A refresh might get things started, or not. 
A cache clear or log out, log in, might correct the problem.

Etsy did acknowledge the problem but if or when a fix will ever occur is unknown.

Printing shipping labels is unrelated to the Silver Valley Bank issue. I was able to print mine this morning (Saturday).

I've had issues with the button not working for at least about a week. Usually I refresh the page a few times and it works. Once I had to print from my phone on paper instead of using my Dymo for my sticker labels, which is annoying, having to cut and tape and wasting my time. I wish they would fix it

I noticed a glitch or two last time I printed some labels, but if I ever have any issues with Etsy labels, I just head over to Pirate Ship... I don't have time to mess around with Etsy's glitches, cuz once it breaks, they can't seem to fix it.

I'm still missing emails for orders and shipping label purchases, not to mention my bank deposit emails being sketchy as well. I don't hold out any hope they'll ever be fixed... and it seems like the bigger Etsy gets, the more issues we experience. I just wonder if shoppers are having the same issues... I haven't much confidence in them receiving their email confirmation/tracking info on their orders... and now banking issues?!

I’ve been having that problem on my Mac. After you click on buy shipping label. Hit refresh on the browser and the label will open. I have no idea why this is

It's happened to me today. No button visible to click on after entering dimensions, not even a button to close he popup shipping screen. Seems to be a website issue because it seems the whole lower portion is missing. I've tried refreshing leaving and returning but nothing. Will se if I can do something from my phone or another browser.

I changed to another browser, Microsoft Edge, and it worked. It must have been some kind of bug with using Chrome.
