Hi! Royal Mail shipping labels purchased via Etsy are not displaying recipient names correctly. Prefixes are omitted when a label is purchased, despite a buyer inputting Mr, Mrs, Ms, etc.
For example, a label addressed to 'Ms. Name' would just be 'Name', and ‘Mr. & Mrs. Name’ would appear as just ‘& Mrs. Name’ once purchased.
I sell greetings cards and post directly to recipients sometimes, so it’s kind of important for me to have that on the labels, especially for cards addressed directly to couples. I've had to get refund requests for several labels now, and to repurchase on RM website instead. Which is such a pain especially as Etsy takes forever to approve label refunds. Hopefully this will be a quick fix!?
