Shipping labels keep glitching and going through twice

Anyone else having this issue? So annoying because I have to wait ages to get the second label refunded each time!!

Buy 1 label then check your payment account to see if the purchase went through before buying another.

I don't buy another, it literally buys 2 for me.

When I click 'purchase' it says there's been an error, then I click off and 2 have actually been purchased. It's very strange.

Check all you completed listings carefully.  This has been happening to us for since Feb 13th and we have to go thorough our completed orders and cancel all the extra shipping labels etsy purchases sometime there will be 4 shipping label for a single item.  We would have overpaid thousands of dollars if we did not catch it.

It has been happening to me as well!  Yesterday it bought 3 labels for one order (at $22/label!).  I immediately started a chat with an Etsy agent.  All they could do is tell me to request a refund for the two extra.  I made sure he was aware of the issue so hopefully they can fix this bug.

Use pirate ship or shipstation to avoid issues.

The OP is in the UK so they don't have access to Pirate Ship, etc.

Also, since Etsy accepts Etsy Labels for Star Seller &/or Seller Protection this is one way for shops outside the US to hope for some other benefit by using Etsy's labels.
