Shipping label fails

So excited about my brand new shop and my first sale.  When I try to print the label, I can review it and then it fails.  All required fields are completed.  What am I missing.  I do have one shipping profile set up that applies to this sale.  TIA!

What country are you in? Etsy provides shipping labels in a few countries so knowing where you are will help get suitable answers.

When you say it "fails", does it show an error message of any sort? A blank screen? 

Are you using a computer (mac or windows), or are you using a mobile device such as an ipad or Android tablet?

I am in the US.  After I review the shipping I get an error message when I hit purchase

You just purchased 0 labels

1 label failed to purchase

@DearAnnaDesignsShop Hopefully someone from the US sees this thread soon and can offer you advice.

In the mean time, take a look at your Payment Account and double-check under the "Recent activities" heading that you haven't been charged for the shipping label: https://www.etsy.com/your/account/payments

I know there have been a few times in the past when Etsy has shown that sort of error message but the label purchase has actually gone through and the label needs to be downloaded elsewhere (perhaps in the order's details screen).

I'm having the same issue in the UK. I've just tried to purchase an Etsy Royal Mail postal label and it failed to print twice. The order is still in 'new' (i.e. not completed), but it's telling me I've now got 2 labels purchased and awaiting printing. It's 6am here, so I guess I'll wait a few hours and see if it gets resolved.

Edited to add: When I went back to my Dashboard a pop up window appeared telling me I have 2 labels to print and I'll find them on my completed orders page. No. The ONE order I'm trying to print a label for isn't there - it's still not completed.

same, I think it's a tech bug maybe Royal Mail as I see their site is down this morning in the UK? (now working...seems to be an 'off/on' problem)
