Hi. My ETSY shipping is at 92% because tracking info was not entered on an order that was delivered locally. When purchased the customer wanted it shipped, but reached out to me for pickup instead to cut out the shipping time. My item ships free so no big deal except now my Star Seller badge is gone because of it. The customer was happy and gave me a 5 star review. Is there anyway ETSY can update the shipping so it reflects appropriately?

Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.
Etsy can't or won't do anything about this.
For future reference, send a thank you card . . . or even just your business card . . . after the local pickup. Buy the letter-rate postage on Etsy; the tracking with this type of label is lousy, but it's good enough for Etsy's tracking requirement!
