I just purchased labels 10 minutes ago. Using chrome. If that does not work, last week I moved out of the folder it was in and put it in another folder.
I just purchased a personal label (USPS first class package, not for Etsy) on Pirate Ship and it glitched on me while calculating the rate. I had to log out and clear cookies and then it worked.
P.S. We are getting by with Pirateship and I guess we'll have to switch permanently to them. It's a pain to try to go between 2 systems, we're faster and more efficient if we stick to just one and Pirateship is definitely the more reliable. Etsy has got to be losing a lot of money on this.
For the amount of sales you have use shipstation. Save a ton of time. I've used them over 10 years. The only problems I can remember having were internet related. If they did have issues it was very few and short lived.
I have had problems printing shipping labels since last Thursday. I should have check here sooner. I thought the problem was with my printer. But the same problem keeps begins again each day. I will try using either Shipstation or Pirateship per recommendations. I have had my printer for over 10 years so I thought it was the problem. I hope the printer is not the issue.
