I am now able to access snippets - but even that was not there to begin with. I have tried resetting my default message and will see if it sticks. Now that I can access snippets I have deleted the very specific to one person and one order - that made itself my default message.
Overall - a very strange thing to encounter as I was trying to quickly print labels to get things to the post office. . . . .
