Shipping and Star Seller
Hello Technical Team,
I am a seller of digital products, and recently I’ve been receiving ratings related to shipping. However, I only sell digital products, so there is no need for the shipping section to be active. Because people are rating shipping, they are able to give ratings below 5, even though there is no shipping involved. This is preventing me from achieving the Star Seller badge.
I kindly request that the shipping section be disabled for digital product sellers, and that this data no longer appears. Additionally, I suggest finding a solution to prevent shipping-related ratings from negatively impacting digital product sellers.

There is no technical team here, this is a seller forum, we are just other sellers

The reviews customers leave, for the individual parts, do not affect star seller or reviews badges
however, as digital products can be customised before being uploaded, then for many digital sales, shipping is still important,
If you do not get the ships-on-time with tracking badge, for instant downloads, it does not affect your star seller qualification, or your service standards
