I process orders in 1 business day. I offer free ship ground advantage (1 - 5 days) With this at worst case my customers estimated arrival date should be the 18th of May. It shows they could receive it as late as the 20th. When I compared other sellers using USPS 1-5 days in my same area, New York, they are showing on the estimated arrival that the customer will get it by the 17th. Why are mine showing the 20th? No wonder my sales have dropped considerably. All of my competitors in my area are showing faster ship times. Why are mine so long?
I'm in Iowa. When I click on one of your listings, I see: "Order today to get by May 14-18"
But perhaps, go into your shipping settings and double check your processing times.....
Oh really, that's great! Thank you for looking into it. I'm so confused because when I change zip codes it doesn't show any changes whether I'm shipping to NY or California. I even went as far as adding to a guest shopping cart and nothing changes. Well, I'm glad to hear that is what you are seeing
...yes, all of my processing times are 1 day so I don't think that is the reason.
I just pretended I was going to ship from Bayside to Bayside and it still shows 14-20. I don't get it.

If I search on Etsy from the search bar, then filter to recieve by the 19th, your listings dominate the first page of organic results (after Etsy's "picks" and Etsy Ads).
Keep in mind, I've now clicked on your shop/listings several times now, so Etsy's algorithm may be predisposed to showing me yours.
Ok, I like what your seeing vs. what I'm seeing lol! Thank you again for taking the time to look at this for me! I appreciate you!
