Title says it all really. Customer wants tracking & can't access the Upgrade. Neither can I when logged out & posing as a buyer from any country. Obviously Etsy knows I'm using my device to access my shop even though I'm signed out, so I get the red banner preventing me from progressing to the payment screen. The upgrades aren't hiding there or beyond are they? I'm 99% sure I've seen them in the basket page in the past?

The checkout screen? I'm in the basket with the option to 'proceed to checkout' in a black bar, which then takes me to 'Delivery' for shipping info & beyond that is 'Payment'.
I still don't see shipping upgrades anywhere at all from listing page to Delivery? (& neither does my customer :/) So confused!
If anyone could tell me what else they see on the screen where upgrades are shown (or even convo a screenshot if possible) that would be really helpful please.
I've messaged Etsy support but doubt I'll hear back with anything useful soon.

This is more to help future sellers in case this thread shows in search. I finally got to the bottom of it thanks to Etsy Support. Thought they were joking til I checked. Shipping Upgrades only visible on PC, not mobile desktop site. How utterly ridiculous given the number of people who shop using their phone!??
And to think, this is STILL an issue. It's absolutley ridiculous!
