We have our Express Next Day shipping set to £3.99. We normally have a few of these a day and noticed we’ve had none the past week so just did a test purchase as a guest and it’s showing as £5.29. Which is probably enough to put most customers off. Why on earth are Etsy charging extra that we have set up? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
