Shipping status is not being updated for my recent shipments. Buyer contacted me because he couldn’t leave a review, Items received 6 days ago, still show “pre-transit.” Same thing with everything mailed in the last week. Can someone fix this please?
It sounds like you need to talk to your post office. You can check the USPS sight to see if they updated tracking. Did you have it scanned at the counter with a receipt?
USPS is having issues. My latest package, brought to the post office this morning, still says ready for pick up. And when I enter the tracking number on the USPS website, it says the package isn’t trackable. I use Pirate Ship and they verified that USPS is having site-wide problems.
