Shipping Score Inaccurate

I’ve been advised by Etsy support to report a technical issue with my Star seller shipping score, as they’ve informed me it’s inaccurate. My star seller email informs me of the breakdown for last month. I’m a little confused as to why my processing time score has dropped from 100% to 98%. I have checked the data and it says one order was missing a processing time. Which was dispatched the same day it was ordered and as it was ceramic it had the same delivery profile as all my other items in my shop, which also has a processing time filled in on it. Any help you could provide with this would be much appreciated.

Hello ,

I too have some issues with the shipping data in the star seller as not correct. 
I’ve shipped all items on time and with tracking, but there are 2 orders randomly , where star seller data is showing ‘ no ‘ in the ‘ on time shipping . And the ‘ tracking number ‘ is also missing ? 
In the actual orders , the tracking numbers are there and I have shipped in time. 
What can we do to correct this and have Etsy tech look into this ?

@Artypax: There is a known glitch where some orders lose their processing time going back to at least November 2022  https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...  Since a listing cannot be published without a processing time this one is a mystery.

 

@MaisonMarrakech: If the data is correct in the actual orders, have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. Since it seems that Star Seller stats are updated only once daily there may be  delay before they update.

Thank you for your reply. I had about 13 orders to dispatch yesterday, and I have shipped with the same company (USPS) and shipped one after the other with all tracking numbers.

so I don't think it has to do with whether it was scanned or not.

All other 12 orders were fine and are inputted in the Shipping csv data correctly. It would not make sense for just 1 order not to be ' not shipped'/'no tracking' .

I still think there is a glitch

@MaisonMarrakech: In addition to the other issues, we have noticed an increasing lag in the update of the shipping status of orders. Yesterday we had two orders that were "shipped without tracking". Today they are correct in the CSV file but two different new orders are in "error". There is also a delay (or outright failure) of subsequent status changes updating on some orders.
