I hand delivered a product within a day of an order. I completed the order as other (without tracking number). My shipping dropped down to 89% because there isn’t a tracking number?! Is there a way to fix this?
Etsy is pretty clear about local pick-up or delivery and star seller here in the help center article.

@WatercolorMamaStudio: "Is there a way to fix this?" Unfortunately there is nothing to fix. While pickup and delivery and valid ways to complete an order, they will always negatively affect Star Seller.

All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.
You can't fix that order, but for the future, some sellers purchase a letter class from Etsy Labels that costs about the same as a stamp. Then they use it to send a thank you note. It has Pitney Bowes tracking (not real tracking), but Etsy counts it for Star Seller purposes.
