My Etsy shop: @SprinklefettiGlitter has multiple Shipping Profiles setup to assist me within my shop based on specific handmade items that take time to ship out or premade items that are faster to ship.
I had an Etsy buyer contact me informing me that three items within their cart for a total of $20.13 was charging over $8.00 in shipping with USPS Ground for Arkansas to California.
After I did my own investigation quickly to not lose the sale with the customer. I began to realize it was because 2 of the items were setup as next day shipping and then one of the items was setup as 2-4 weeks.
I have never had this issue before. I have had my Etsy Shop for almost 4 years now.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Or is there any reason this may be occurring?
