I don't know if it is a glitch or if I'm doing something wrong. I have been selling on Etsy for several years and I don't think I have ever had this problem.
I have listed a few items today and I make sure that everything is in place before I click publish. Especially the saved Shipping Profile and package weight. I double check everything before I publish. But I have had two listings, back to back that the Shipping Profile, Package Weight and even the Section Category for my Shop just erases itself.
I noticed the first one when I went to my Listings Page to create a new listing. It had 'Everywhere Else' next to the price. When I went in to check why it said that, I noticed all of that, as stated above, was gone. I thought ' Okay, I missed something, missed clicking it', but when it happened to the next listing too I figured something was wrong.
Is this a glitch? Is anyone else having this issue?
