Shipping Labels

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue.  I am unable to make shipping labels using usps flat rate envelopes in package type section.

Error message says no delivery services are available.

How thick/large are your item dimensions? When I used to use EL if I said it was too thick in the listing dimensions the shipping calculator would not offer flat rate boxes as an option. Although someone else said they could not get a SFRbox label so maybe something is going on with Etsy. If you have been using them all along and this is sudden I'd say it was Etsy. I'd use Pirate Ship (free and integrated) if I could.

Whatever they did to the labels made ridiculous now how you would get to the flat rate option! This is how I’m doing this: put in your weight and size, then it gives you different prices, after that go to the drop down menu and select whatever flat rate box you are using and it gives you the price for it!!! It’s insane we have to go through a million hoops to just ship stuff now 🤦‍
