Shipping Labels not purchasing?

Hi Everyone,

I'm reaching out to the community cuz I've got no Idea what to do at this point. So for almost 2 years every time I've wanted to purchase shipping labels to any country other than the US (I'm in Canada) the shipping labels "fail to purchase". I have reached out to Etsy support at least 8 times and every time they say the issue is fixed, and I'm good to go, but it never seems to work. I've done every basic troubleshooting method listed on the Etsy Q&A and I'm at a loss, I don't know what I can do anymore, because purchasing labels directly through the post office eats out a big chunk of my profit. Any help will be greatly appreciated   .

So you buy your US labels okay and have it set up with Etsy?  If so, strange indeed. 

Have you ever tried it logging in with a different browser altogether.  I use 3 open browsers and each one performs a little differently on Etsy and other sites.  I would give it a go and start with Chrome if that's different to the one you are using.
