Shipping Labels Not Working

I tried to manually enter details for a label and it wouldn't let me select "delivery service". I had to select a shipping profile from my list and then change the details manually and that worked. Looks like Etsy is changing things in there.

What a faff! But saving it as a present worked. Then finding out how to print the thing took a while, too. Not a very intuitive process!

Entire process is a disaster.

@ViewProductions   Why?  I use Etsy labels with no issue.

Are you working from phone?  App?  From email?  What browser?

Is your computer cache clean?  All utilities run so the system is not interfering?  Using Windows 10 or 11.  Older versions can have issues.

Also ISP and location.  They can cause issues too which is outside Etsy control.

IF you can give an example of the issue maybe sellers can help troubleshoot.

I have ask for refunds on 4 labels due to glitches today, its been printing previously bought labels on other peoples orders as well as the correct one, I had issues on the 25th too and still no signs of refunds.
