There was a weird glitch when I was arranging my shipping labels the other day. It said there was an error and I should try again. Which I did twice. Shortly after all three labels appeared in my purchased label area. I have since tried to request refund for these, but it's not an option, where there is usually an option. Has something changed? Am I having a bit of brain fart? I'm perfectly happy to blame this on menopause brain, I just want a refund. Ack.
Where do I go?

Ya, I went through all that already and the button just isn't there. I will actually have to contact them I guess.

There's 2 places to check on the completed order page:
1. under the USPS number in small letters
2. click on the order number for the slide out
then to the right of the USPS more details, click on the 3 dots
Ya, neither of those options were there. Was very weird.
I opened a chat window and a very nice person was able to make the request happen for me on his end.
all sorted now.
