Shipping Label Purchasing Problems

Been trying all morning to purchase labels for US and International orders from my orders page. Seems like an ETSY bug. Anyone else having this issue? Canada to Canada lets me purchase it on the site but when I try and do Canada to USA or International the review button is blanked out.

I've had the same issue all week trying to print a label from Canada to Germany. Hope it gets resolved soon!
